These terms apply when you shop at viraltrendsshop.com or buy from a Viral Trends vending machine. Viral Trends is a trade name of Express Merchant Services Inc, an Ohio corporation (“we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders

• When you pay, you’re offering to buy the items in your cart. We confirm your order with an order number on screen and an emailed receipt.
• We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is out of stock, a price was listed by mistake, or the order looks fraudulent.
• You must be 18 or older, or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission, to place an order.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. You pay the price shown when you check out.
• A shipping fee is added at checkout for home delivery. Sales tax may be added where required.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Discounts and promotions, like our first-order offer, are limited to one per customer, can’t be combined unless stated, and may end at any time.

Shipping and delivery

• Each product shows its usual delivery time. Orders ship from our partner warehouses in the US or overseas, so some items arrive in separate packages.
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, holidays, weather, and customs can make them longer.
• Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We’re not responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
• You can check your order status anytime at viraltrendsshop.com/track.

Products

• We do our best to describe and picture products accurately. Colors and details may look slightly different from the photos, and sizes can vary by manufacturer. Please check each product’s size options.
• “Surprise” and blind-box items are picked at random, and characters or designs may vary.
• Use products as intended and follow any age, safety, and manufacturer instructions, especially for ride-ons, e-bikes, scooters, and electrical items.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

Website use

Please don’t misuse our website, for example by trying to break its security, scraping it, or placing fraudulent orders. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA. Please contact us first with any problem; most issues can be solved quickly by email.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place your order applies to that order.
